We’ve Streamlined the Process

  • We’ll hop on a quick 30-minute Zoom to discuss your business, goals, and vision and ensure we’re a good fit for each other. Then, I’ll send over a proposal with the project details and proposed timeline.

  • You’ll receive access to your Client Portal and complete your 5-Part Brand Assignment. The 5-Part Brand Assignment includes all the site information, inspiration (ie. Pinterest Board), images, copywriting, and any other details we need to create your website.

  • Your project will occur over a 3-week period. In week 1, we’ll review your content, design your logo and mood board, and hone in on the direction for your site design. Week 2, we’ll refine the design, develop the rest of your pages, and connect your domain (plus any third party apps). During week 3, we’ll focus on testing, training, and support.

  • We’ll teach you how to use your new site so you’re empowered to edit and update it on your own as your business continues to grow. Plus, we’ll be available for additional week in case you have questions.

  • The first step is to book a 30 minute discovery call. I want to learn more about your business, goals, and vision to ensure we’re a good fit for each other. Then, we’ll discuss the next available start date in my calendar, and choose a 3-week block that works best for both of us. Next, you’ll need to submit your copy, images, and branding work 1 week prior to our start date.

  • Our projects contain 3 phases (branding, design, testing) and are scheduled over a 3 week period (1 phase each week). We schedule custom projects between 3 and 6 weeks out to give you plenty of time to create your content and prepare to work with us by completing our 5-Part Brand Assignment.

  • We need all of your content (copy, images, inspiration, etc.) before we can start the design process. We'll guide you through the steps of our 5-Part Brand Assignment which is due one week before the start of your project.

  • Absolutely! We include A free wordmark logo (a text-only typographic logo) so that you not only have a beautiful website, but you also have a fully finished professional brand by the end of our time together. Our logo design process is folded in with our mood board and color selection which includes three different directions and two rounds of revisions. If you’re looking for a full branding experience, we have a list of trusted brand designers we can recommend.

  • We build custom websites on Squarespace because it’s the most user-friendly drag-and-drop builder available, and it’s important to us that you feel comfortable and confident in making updates to your site as your business grows. Contact us for more info if you’re interested in another platform.

  • With our standard package, we design up to 6 pages. This typically includes your home page, contact page, and 4 other pages. More pages can be added to your package, and you’ll see all of the available options in your proposal.

  • A 50% non-refundable retainer fee is required to secure your 3-week design block in our calendar. The remaining 50% is required before your website goes live. To ensure you’re ready for the investment, please select start date that’s far enough in advance to give you the amount of time you may need. I will never rush you into making a decision, but please know that I value my own time and resources just as highly as I do yours.

  • We create new custom websites for service-based businesses using Squarespace, but we don’t believe this is the best solution for every business. During your Free Consultation call, we’ll discuss your options and we’ll give our recommendation based on your unique business and website needs.
